Customers may not use our Network with an attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the customer, logging into a server or account the customer is not expressly authorized to access, password cracking, probing the security of other networks in search of weakness, or violation of any other organization’s security policy.
Any account that uses a high amount or unfair amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given an option of either upgrading their service level or reducing the resource used to an acceptable or fair level. Fair/unfair will be based on the plan price compared to the percentage of the server the account is consuming. Background Running Programs Background daemons in general are prohibited. we will consider requests on a per-application basis. If allowed, extra charges will be assessed based on resource requirements for system maintenance.
We provide 24/7 Technical Support.
Server delivery is almost instant, except in some servers where its possible to wait for HW upgrade. We reserve the right to hold off server delivery until full server is received.
Billing period will be started after server is delivered.
Streaming & Direct Downloads
Streaming and providing direct Download Links is allowed only on our streaming servers/dedicated servers, streaming on shared hosting or VPS will result in service suspension with no refund !
Note : unauthorized Paypal payment will lead to permanent suspension of user services and terminating the user from our website. We reserve the right to ask for additional info for verifying Paypal payments.
Refund can be send only if the service is not delivered, if the service is not delivered in 10 days time frame refund will be sent (for Hosting,VPS and RDP accounts).
Note : refund cannot be send for the service that billing period is started. You can cancel any product 7 days until its due date. If the billing period is started refund cannot be processed.

WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR UPDATE THESE POLICIES WITHOUT NOTICE.

Suspension Due to AUP Violation
If the account is suspended due to AUP violation, there may be a USD49.00 re-connection fees whereby Offshore Servers need to resetup an entire server for the Customer. Accounts may be deleted if they have spent ten (10) or more calendar days in a suspended state. Accounts past due may be subject to interest at the rate of 3% per month.
